How long will it take to ship an order?
We ship orders within 1-2 business days.
How long will orders take to arrive to me?
Once your order is shipped from our facility located in CT, delivery can take as long as 5 business days.
What shipping carriers are used to ship orders?
Currently, we only use UPS to ship all orders.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days to review your purchase for damages or defects. If you find your order has a problem, please contact us for a replacement. We ask that you take a picture and send it along with your email for review of the issue.
Do I have to pay for returns?
If we determined that the item came damaged or defective, we will send you a return label as well as with instructions to get a replacement.

What is the Warranty?
We stand behind every piece of jewelry we manufacture. If any piece has any manufacturer defects or issues, we warranty each piece with a limited one year warranty and will replace or repair the piece. We do not cover damages that are due to normal wear and tear or abuse.
